2Ayurveda is the science and philosophy for good health and a good life.Developed in India more than 5000 years ago, it aims at creating harmony and balance and thereby bring mind and body to deep inner peace. Ayurveda Abhayanga massage is part of this practice and is based on the energies of the five elements of nature: ether, air, fire, water and earth. According to a person’s individual mind and body constitution, the Ayurveda Therapist chooses the adequate type of massage and oils in order to achieve the best healing results for physical, mental and emotional health.
